The All-Devouring Tide

The Twisted World.

A phenomenon where the Absence merge into one, giant mass that surges forward. It cannot be stopped until it has finished feasting - the Petalynths can slow it down.

The Twisted World can be accessed without the Tide, but the Tide is just the most effective method. The Twisted World is the opposite of Elysium. Elysium is paradise, the Tide is hell. It is the world where corrupted / evil souls are banished for eternal damnation and doubles as Keilea's own realm. Souls in this place are unable to interact with each other unless they knew each other in life. It is possible to rescue someone from the Tide if they were wrongfully banished.
