Justin Shelby

Justin is 24. He's normally referred to by last name but friends call him Jay. He's a lieutenant. He's friends with Ciel and Thomas, having met Ciel while serving together. He met Thomas while on a supply run. He had a falling out with Ciel but has since forgiven him. When the Special Anti-Absence & Defense Divison was founded, Justin and Thomas joined in order to keep an eye on Ciel

Thomas Campbell

Thomas is 25. Like most members of the military, he's usually referred to by his last name but he prefers going by Tom with his friends. He serves as a medic. He's also friends with Ciel and Justin. Thomas met Justin during a supply run and Ciel a few months later. He had a falling out with Ciel but they have since reconciled.
